Purchasers of eligible new Sony Pro BRAVIA professional displays may qualify for a mail-in rebate of up to $750 per eligible display when paired with a qualifying recycled display, helping offset refresh costs while supporting responsible recycling.
The Program is designed to support mixed display deployments, simplifying refresh projects by accepting non-Sony displays that are 32 inches and larger for recycling, while offering rebates on the purchase of eligible new Sony Pro BRAVIA display models.

Recycle an Eligible Display
- Recycle any display 32 inches or larger (Sony or other brand, working or non-working).
- Submit your recycling request using the form below — drop-off, mail-in, or scheduled pickup.
- Once the recycled display is received by ERI, provided that it is compliant, ERI will email the purchaser a Certificate of Recycling and Destruction evidencing the recycling. The Certificate must be submitted to claim the rebate.
Purchase an Eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA Display
- Purchase an eligible new Sony Pro BRAVIA professional display during the Promotional Period from a participating authorized Sony dealer or distributor in the USA.
- Rebate amounts vary based on the new eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA display purchased. See the Program Rebate Schedule.
Redeem Rebate
- Return to braviapro-recycling.eridirect.com (this site — the "Rebate Website") and complete the online rebate submission. Submissions must be completed no later than March 30, 2027 (the "Redemption Deadline").
- Upload proof of recycling: the ERI-issued Certificate of Recycling and Destruction for each recycled eligible display. The Certificate must be dated on or after October 1, 2026.
- Upload proof of purchase: an invoice or receipt, dated during the Promotional Period, from a participating Sony dealer or distributor (USA) showing the eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA model, purchase date, amount, and purchaser's name.
- The rebate will be issued in the form of a check and mailed within 6–8 weeks after receipt of a complete and accurate submission, subject to Program terms and conditions.

Rebate Terms and Conditions.
- Sponsor. This rebate offer is sponsored by Sony Electronics Inc. ("Sony"). Rebate processing and recycling are administered by ERI.
- Promotional Period. Eligible purchases must be made between October 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027 ("Promotional Period"). Completed submissions must be received through the Rebate Website no later than March 30, 2027 ("Redemption Deadline").
- Eligibility. Offer is open only to business, government, and institutional end users located in the USA (the 50 United States and the District of Columbia) excluding territories. Resellers, including without limitations, Integrators, distributors, dealers, resellers, consultants, and other channel partners purchasing for resale are not eligible to participate in the rebate. Sony employees are not eligible for the rebate offer. Offer or redemption is void outside the USA and where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Eligible Purchases. Purchaser must purchase a new eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA display listed in the Rebate Schedule from a participating authorized Sony dealer or distributor in the USA. Used, refurbished, open-box, demo, and resale units, and purchases from non-participating sellers, are not eligible for the rebate.
- Recycling Requirement. For each rebate, purchaser must recycle one display 32 inches or larger (any brand, working or non-working) through ERI and obtain an ERI-issued Certificate of Recycling and Destruction ("Certificate"). Each Certificate may be paired with the purchase of one eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA display for one rebate. Certificate must be dated on or after October 1, 2026.
- How to Redeem. To redeem, purchaser must go to the rebate website and portal at braviapro-recycling.eridirect.com ("Rebate Website"), complete the online rebate form, and upload (a) the Certificate and (b) an invoice or receipt dated during the Promotional Period from a participating Sony dealer or distributor showing the eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA display model, purchase date, and purchaser name. Mail-in, email, or fax submissions will not be accepted. The rebate claim must be submitted no later than March 30, 2027 ("Redemption Deadline").
- Incomplete, Inaccurate, or False Submissions. Submissions containing incomplete or inaccurate information may be corrected and resubmitted through the Rebate Website until the Redemption Deadline only. Submissions that contain incomplete, inaccurate, or false information, or that otherwise violate these Rebate Terms and Conditions, and that are not corrected within that period, are void and will not be redeemed. Neither Sony nor ERI have any obligations to notify the purchaser of incomplete, inaccurate or false information. Purchaser is solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of their submission.
- Rebate Payment. Rebates will be issued in U.S. dollars in the form of a check and mailed within 6–8 weeks after receipt of a complete and accurate submission, to the address provided in the submission. Rebate checks expire 120 days after issuance; lost, mislaid, stolen or uncashed checks will be void and will not be reissued, except as required by law.
- Returns and Fraud. If an eligible Sony Pro BRAVIA display model is returned for a refund or a nonqualifying product, the promotional savings associated with the rebate will be forfeited. The value of the rebate will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the value of the rebate, the purchaser may be responsible for the difference or receive a net refund of zero. Offer is not transferable. Sony and ERI may reject any submission they reasonably determine to be fraudulent, duplicative, or supported by non-legitimate proof of purchase, and will notify the purchaser of the rejection. Reproductions, altered documents, and duplicate Certificates will not be accepted.
- Other Terms. This offer may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Purchaser is responsible for any applicable taxes; sales tax is calculated on the price before the rebate. Government and public-sector purchasers are responsible for confirming that acceptance of the rebate complies with applicable procurement and ethics rules. This offer does not apply to previous purchases, applicable taxes, nor shipping and handling. Sony and ERI are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible submissions or mail, or for technical failures of the Rebate Website. Sony reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer as permitted by law, without affecting eligible purchases already made. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
